I know a lot of you belong to the RROO site. Seems they have been pretty slow over there of late. The admin there has made a few changes. He says he is concentrating on the Rat Rod aspect of the hobby. Have a look if you are into that sort of thing.

Missed this one.  I visit a large RR site from the states and it's nice to see something closer, hope it catches on.

I'm just starting a 39 Chevy coach.

If you look under the banner, it says Board Index....click that and it shows you all the forums......Not as user friendly as this forum for sure.....

Shows the index but thats it anything I click reverts to the above link with a differant forum name and the sign in thingge. I know I could of just signed up by now but i really dont know if id ever go back.  bottom line I dont like it when people waste my time and i try not to waste others. I know if you look on the members list even on this site lots of members with 1 or 0 posts. I dont get it there are several good sites that I frequent often and enjoy reading but would never join because I dont believe in ther  format and am old enough to know it would end bad. I apreciate that Im able to view the board and take what information I want without adding drama and causing problems.

One of my pet peeves too.....but I guess there are lots of people that just want to read the info and not get involved....They say that 10% of the people do 90% of the posting on these forums.

Harry , every forum i been on is like that, 10% or so do the postings , the other 90% just check in once in awhile.

Posters are a strange bunch at times, i have seen real nice work posted on a site, and only a few will comment, even though it had many views.

Something posted may not be your'e cup of tea as they say, but workmanship well done deserves a bit of a positive comment.

Might want to hit the "Forgot my Password" button.....Not sure if the admin or the provider takes care of that, but the admin only seems to check in there once every couple of months....Might pay to make a new account....at least that would get you on......

Thanks Poncho I tried that but they say there is already some guy on there with my name.I know there is cause its me .As for the password I had a simple one then something happened aaaand I had to reregester and they gave me this long one with letters and numbers that I couldn't remember so of course I wrote it down.Well naturally I lost it and re applied and got another long password with a bunch of numbers and letters so I got smart this time and wrote it down on my monitor.I guess I will get another one but I really don't like the idea of another long list of meaningless numbers and letters.I really liked that site as well It was the first forum I had ever joined and its too bad it sort of declined as it was the kind of thing that was needed at the time.It may be needed again if people keep rippin on other peoples cars .I see you got a handle on the swapmeet problem and that is good to see. Ed

When you get that password from them, and you are logged in, you can go into your profile there and change your password to what you want........I use the same password on all the forums I am in....and no it isnt the same as my banking password.....lol
