I never saw one down Windsor way , so maybe the local dealers weren't obliged ......always thought they looked goofy , in spite of their high value these days .

I grew up on Read Rd, St. Catharines.
In the mid '70's there was an orange Daytona in a garage on the Niagara side of Read Rd.
Never saw it driven, but then being a Ford guy I loved the emerald green '71 Mustang 429SCJ convertible that was the other way from my house close to Lakeshore Rd.

Never saw a Superbird or DT ever in Stratford/Embro area.
There was a guy that had an old Superbee, aka "pink dink' in Stratford.

I know a couple other guys that still have their Pavement Pounders from way back.

1969 SS Nova 396 4 speed, Kinda got cut up when the Supercharger went in.
1969 SS Camaro, 427 auto (Creeks old car). Yup, still original.
1969 Corvette Coupe, 427 auto. Might have 10K miles on it by now. His name is Tube.
1969 AMX, 390 Auto, stored for last 30 years at least.
1969 Javelin, 343 4 speed, guy is a retard. (also has a 1973 Vette roadster and a couple Harleys)

When I win the $60 tonight, I'ma gonna buy the first 4, cause the last line, I already have.

Sorry, I'm not trading the Vette for a Honda. New brakes or not.

Love the humor keep er coming...

redid a 69 charger that came out of stratford that was painted like dirty mary crazy harry's car from the movie...

Wasn't much left of it once opened up to restore ,however we continued an it's still a really nice ride in existence.

Owned many wheels still have the first 71 t/a 455 ho auto ,however converted 2 a 4 gear a week after purchase at 13 yr's old.

Vettes ,javelins, camaro's,birds, datsuns, chevelles, an many more...An the coral is still full with age catching up to both meself an the iron...

what a long strange trip its been.

All the best.

Harry ? I dunno.

I wasn't kidding about the other cars. The Javelin and Roadster are here, well, cause I've had them forever.

The manse road car was Red, then Black in late 80s then Vitamin C orange from 91 to present. Others in the area around that time were visitors that also had birds and daytonas. Now the car is stored north of the city and goes out a few times in the summer. The engine, suspension and brake mods remain, taxi cab brakes and high lift engle cam, porting, rollers etc.

Yes I do, it's a regular house now.

It was purchased September 1970 at Sorensen Plymouth dodge on Shepard and warden. $4200.

Don't remember the family you mention.
