COUNTING DOWN TO FIA FORMULA E ACTION WITH RENAULT

With less than five months to go before the FIA Formula E Championship kicks off in Beijing, China, on September 13, the competition’s key players – including Renault, an official technical partner of FEH and Spark Racing Technology – have already started the countdown to the beginning of the new series.

This week saw two development Spark-Renault SRT-01 Es spend three days being tested at a circuit in Issoire, near Clermont-Ferrand, France, in the hands of Emmanuel Collard, with a view to finalising the specification of the Michelin tyres that will feature during the championship’s inaugural season.

The final day of the session was attended by the four-time Formula 1 World Champion Alain Prost who, in addition to being an ambassador for the Renault brand, also co-owns the French team E-Dams.

As a an expert in the realm of single-seater racing cars, and a pioneer in the world of electric mobility with a comprehensive range of electric zero-emission vehicles, Renault will enable the new championship to benefit from its technological and sporting expertise.

I thought the paint gurus who want a neat quick project for Indian Voices to deliver newspaper
Kangoo ZE Express which is supposed to be in Mexico this month. They now have a mobile office version so you who add all that electronic stuff will not have scrounge it is already in stock at Renault.

Vans are a means of hauling your stuff for show and track. They are a blank canvas for the
painters. Could be added to this new class at Irwindale speedway. I like the pit for the
action and a van could set off your space.

I raced a DKW under 2 liter in Route 7 Ohio for eight months with a small group in 1970. It
was fun and the $500 challenge evened the field. Maybe this type can bring it back with
a beer price cap.

This could be a way of reopening Irwindale Speedway to those who want to show their skills. That would comply with all

the noise regulations that are in Irwindale area and offer a diverse area of vehicles. Painting a factory van to deliver goods can show skill and contributions to doing business. A local Flower shop or bakery would like a design that shows the product along with a zero emission vehicle telling they care about their environment. It sure beats a "WRAP" and each one can be different.

How about this. In Europe you can buy this Electric Van out the door as seen for 20K Euros

and have a ten year warranty, also the new mobile office package is included. Now that

is Renault ZE, and they are opening a factory in San Palo Brazil with 1.2 billion Euros. So

what Has the big three done lately in South America?

Monster Energy is Renault, and there is a new sponsorship from Beijing which will show up in the Singapore race.

Renault has won five Formula 1 titles in six years. Did you know that the 1919 Renault Medallion was an

F 1 Tank with a revolving turret?

The Morocco road rally over fifty years old is called after the original car called Dacia made by Renault. They

have women teams that just competed in the last one.

If you have ever tried to import or export anything out of brazil You will find its a closed market even people that live there have a hard time. The metropolitan area of San paulo has 20 million people in an area of about the size of lake Ontario and with a total population of 200 million most anything they make will stay there . I did some work in one of the mercedes plants down there and ill guarantee this isn't some backwoods country you see in national geographic.  give them a part and they will reverse engineer it and be making it next week whether you are getting a cut of the profit or not.

Yup, South American trading is pretty much nil, for us Canadians, mostly due to our ties with the US.

It is changing in Renault. April Carlos Ghosen reaffirmed the relationship with Nissan. Things

are underway to have eight electric vehicles in a Nissan Dealership. Prices ranging from

10K to 30K with a battery lease of around 40USD per month unlimited. There is conversion kits

for those who want an electric hot rod and can not afford the engine. That is being marketed in

Minnesota for half the price of a LTI corvette engine.

1007 Mad Mohawk Madness 5 - The Twin Turbo Mustang Project

The King and the boys at Mad Mohawk are back for more car customization and mayhem. The King (Brian White) is expanding his Mad Mohawk Kustom empire from one garage on the rez in Akwesasne, to a bodyshop in Summerstown and a design studio in Cornwall. They are getting ready for Mad Mohawk Madness 5 - their annual car show - and Brian wants a twin turbo Mustang to be the centerpiece of the show - the only problem is they don't have enough cash to get it finished, and they're running out of time. Can the King and the boys pull off a complete car customization in two weeks before their car show? Will Brian be able to make payroll or will none of the guys show up at the car show? Is Mad Mohawk Kustom ready to expand or should it just stay on the Rez? Tune in to Rez Rides to find out.

1008 Taking care of 'Bizness' - Nissan Titan Lift Kits and Blinging out the Dodge Charger

The King has a dream - to build a Mad Mohawk Kustom car customizing empire - but the dream is expensive. The King (Brian White) is having trouble managing all three Mad Mohawk locations and turns to a business consultant for advice. He's stalled on his dream project - a twin turbo Mustang - and so needs to start new projects to keep the ball rolling.

It's 'his and hers' custom jobs on Rez Rides for two friends of Brian's -- a lift kit and rims for a Nissan Titan, for him -- and some bling and a new interior for a Dodge Charger for her. While the business consultant tries to get Mad Mohawk organized, the King gets another shock - Louis Savard his assistant manager is considering another job offer - which would leave Brian White short handed just as he's expanding.

Can the King hold his empire together long enough to start pulling in new customers and get on his feet? Have Brian and the boys bit off more than they can chew? Tune in to Rez Rides to find out.

This Island is in between Canada and the United States and is the Mohawk reserve "Canada". There are three shops two in Cornwall Ontario. Yes, it is on not only FNX.org but also on APTN which is the satellite network. Maybe Brian White can do a Kangoo ZE and show what those on the reserves can do.

Great Blue Herons forage in marine coastal environments and in freshwater habitats, but nest on islands or in wooded swamps, where few mammals or snakes can prey on them. The birds sometimes nest alone, but often do so in colonies consisting of a dozen to several hundred pairs. Scientists do not know precisely how herons choose whether to be sociable. It seems that advantages to colonial behaviour include better defense of nests and greater chance of discovering mobile schools of fish: once one heron finds a good foraging spot, others may follow it to the same location.

Unique characteristics

The Great Blue Heron has an array of displays. Some of them are seen on the foraging grounds, as, for example, when two herons approach each other, each extending its neck fully and tilting its head over its back, with the wings partly opened and the body plumes erect. In others, the herons sleek their plumage, extend their necks forward, and tilt their heads from side to side so that they may look upwards, a posture they often use when predators and herons fly over the foraging grounds. Sometimes, a heron will thrust its beak at an opponent, and during some displays, “bill duels” erupt when opponents try to grab each other’s head.

Another set of displays occurs when a mate returns to the nest. The arriving bird often greets the mate using a particular call, and the bird on the nest responds with one of a number of displays. Sometimes, the male brings sticks to the female on the nest. The female performs a display and takes the sticks, and the male then taps the female’s bill from side to side while she places the sticks in the nest

great post..thanks
