Drove up to Ottawa this morning to check this out & "Look what followed me home MA can I keep it??? 69 Cutlass S rag top, nice straight car, heard thru a friend that it was going to be sold so jumped on it before it was advertised!! Need a few small things looked at but all cosmetic. & a good scrubbing of interior, has been sitting for awhile, runs great, brakes done & still shiny pads & rotors,new booster & mcyl. new flow master exhaust frt. to back!! Owner spent a few bucks on it before he passed away & widow just decided to sell it.

This is the identical car to a high school teacher that used to live in port perry....Can't remember his name,,,he was a great guy....My friend painted his car way back in the day...
Does the buyers package state if it was ever registered in port?

Just got the sellers Pkg. was sold by Belmont Chev Olds in Toronto, 2 owners there, then went to North Bay, then to the Ottawa area. Also found a GM Vintage report in paper work the lady gave me, car was built in Lancing Michigan & came with a 'white ' top
Got it certified & plated today, put fresh non ethanol gas in it & took it down the Hwy. after a few miles it smoothed out & ran strong, no rattles at all!!! Now if I can dump this cold I have I can start enjoying it, going to get Insurance appraisal tomorrow in Whitby & get that up to Vintage ASAP
