I think GE65.... but spec for those aren't 17w.....

If you use quartz bulbs they will be much brighter I find.

to me,, that picture looks like a :
G-6 bulb ,, meaning it is 19mm across the glass
S.C Bayonet 15mm base,, meaning it has a single contact bayonet base

if it is about 35mm from the solder to the top of the glass...

and 6 V ,, then it should be a GE 81 lamp
the GE 81 only has 6 CP --candle power ,, and 6 watt

a 209 is the same base, same diameter glass, but is taller at 44mm
they are B-6 bulb 1.78am 15CP 10 watt

if you can use a little larger bulb,, same base, a 25mm wide bulb, and is 51mm overall
1129 6v 2.6 amp 21 CP which about 15 watt
1680 6v 4amp 32 CP which is about 24 watt

sometimes it is much easier to search with instrument lamp, 1961 Ford Fairlane
or reverse light 1966 VW beetle ..
can you tell the year and application of the lamp?

Application is a 70s motorcycle...turn signals...
it says GE65...
Must be the 15mm base...and cannot be a larger globe, unfortunately.
I can order from Thailand. ...but was really hoping someone may have a box or a few kicking around.

is that a 55,, or a 65 lamp..? ... they are miniature bayonet base.. 55 lamps ,, ink isn't clear but they are not 65, they are 55 .

are you sure the base is 15mm wide?
