Hey guys looking for help on a bottom rad hose . I need a sharp 90 degree mandrel bend 1 3/4 inch. I have the hose coming off the water pump and the rad need to marry them together. Any other suggestion would be nice.

See if the counter guy at your local parts store will let you look through their stock. Find one that has the correct bend and is long enough; you can cut off any excess length and bends.
I did this at my local CT and find what I needed.

If you have a good parts guy - just bring in a coat hanger bent to the shape you need.

1928 model A AR Ford Chevy 283-350

I needed to mate a 1928 Walker rad (bottom hose) to a short nosed Chevy v8 water pump , the gap was approx. 4”. This set up has been on the car since 1978

So I soldered 3 ——11/2” copper 90s together, I also took 1 strand of wire from a number 12 multi strand wire, and soldered it to the outer edge of the copper 90s, which forms a very fine ridge. Preventing the hose and clamp from sliding off, you need to dry fit all parts before soldering. Good luck!
