Alternator fitting and brackets

would like to fit one of the small denso type alternators to the SB Chevy. Also want to mount it low down.

anyone done this? What brackets will I need, at the moment the alternator is up high. Ugly on a fenderless, hoodlles rod.

Ive seen guys doing it on there early impalas with 409 engine. Might want to look around on the 348-409.com site.

Here's an example; there are several companies/distributors making simular brackets. may be able to get chrome, polished etc.
Will you be using a short or long pump? I think I've seen  this style of bracket for lwp's as well.
