desperate for help on this one

Hello:  I recently had a small, narrow screw brake in half while screwing it into my frame.  It broke flush with the frame so I figured I should carefully try to drill it out.  I was almost successful but then the drill bit broke flush with the frame.  On the bright side, it is only a small drill bit but it seams no less determined to stay in the hole.  I can't seem to drill it out.  And before anyone suggests just drilling out another hole beside the first, the hole must stay where it is.  PLEASE can anyone advise me on how to get the broken drill bit out?  Thank you in advance.  The screw was a #8 I believe, about half an inch long.

When a hardened part breaks ,, the best method is die grinder, dremel tool , with a ball cutter like a dentist,,good luck

Try breaking it up with a center punch.

Thank you both. I tried the center punch and a different kind (stronger) of bit but no luck. I'll try the die grinder/ball cutter method next.
