here is my project....been almost 2 years now its been on the go....started with a body from Stony at oddballkustoms, and he got me off to a great start with the frame, used engine..and an excellent base to start with.....

had some issues with people doing work on the car....deals arent always deals..and it ended up creating more headachs

.....but then met up with Chris at "No Class Hot Rods" and he took care of all the **** that was done on the car that just wasnt right.

anyhow, the cars headded back there this weeknd, so we can finish it off and get it on the road for the spring..

i posted up a pic of the interior too...done by curtwood customs...

here are a few pics

Car looks great..before you know it your little helper will be growed up enjoy her ..Can't beleive how fast mine grew up and now I play with my great grankids..seems like a year os so ago my daughter was in a car seat..although the car seat she was in was much different with a steering wheel and a squeak-horn..not very safe just a seat.. Say talking about Stony did you ever run into David Brown "bgbdlinc" hanging out over there he has a roadster ,flathead powered as well and Stony did a bunch of work on it..Just wondered if you met Linc..I sure wish he would join up on here he is a great guy lots of old school and just a helluva-good rodder guy..

does he have the red A roadster with the cool swepped side pipes? if so i think i met him a couple times....seems like a stand up guy!

funny, your from St Marys..im originally from Mitchell

i should post up more recent pics of the roadster now....painted my rims black...did a little more pinstriping, new grill, and shocks....speedo and ebrake handle.....lots of little stuff....but its all comming togeather more and more...

Hi..Yes thats the guy..I really don't like those pipes swept up the side like that ..I have these images of some kid getting a bad burn looking at that car by accident..But Linc is a really cool guy..He writes that mystry car thing in old autos..or used to anyway ..I don't subscribe to the mag anymore but linc has a cool old 47 linc coupe that we chopped here in my shop back a few years ago..anyway was just wondering as Linc is a really cool old school rodder and a hellava good guy ..wish he would come over here but he is loyal to another board like I was, till I just wanted to move on and after lurking here a bit and found a great bunch of ONT RODDERS and I like to do stuff in Ont..Linc if your lurkin the guys are great ..come on in..

Your roadster is cool..I have a 28 roadster just haven't got anything done to for last few years..probably gona sell it ..brand new body "steel" still bolted to skid it came on 15 years ago..pretty much collected all the parts to finish it .. then arthritis hit..and some other stuff..and just never got back to work at it..makes it hard to get motivated now driving my coupe all the time ....actually Mitchell is close to me as I am rural and 15ks outa town just off highway 23 about 15 min outa Mitchell..
