I used to do some woodcarving, not sure where they all are now....
These aren't mine but I thought they may be of interest, they were done by my dad. He was a commercial artist and did work for various ad agencies back in the day.
Thanks Adslow65, my dad worked at several different agencies and even had his own business for a while. Ended up at Canadian Tire and was art director for catalog production.
Chris, this might be the carving you saw. I used it as a pattern to duplicate, that's why it has the extra wood between the wings.
