should be a 'flat head 8" think they were 347 cu. in. [but wouldn't swear on that #] had a "downdraft" carb inbetween the heads in the valley there. Nearly bought a 40 4dr. up in Elora from an elderly gent a few yrs ago but had just bought the 52 & had to do some thinking, "talked" myself out of it!!!!
