A Great Way To Spend An Afternoon

Well it is March the 16th and I rolled the 49 out last night and went for a spin. Today the sun was shining and I went home at noon to drive it back to work. It is now 3:40 pm and Ino just got back to work and I only live 1/2 klm away. Yup I was rollin hard all afternoon and then realized I had forgotten to put the plates back on the car but they were in the trunk...lolbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Lol, a sure sign of "Spring Fever"!!!

Don't think you need plates anyway, just for a road test!

biggrinYup too nice not to go out for the first voyage and test the updates. There is a saying a buddy uses, (Cant kick the smile off your face).
The new torque converter and carb just blew my mind but there is always something, one of my C-Clip eliminators is leaking ...dam. It was still fun hazing the tires and cruising around just awesome weather.

Got the pontiac out, beautiful day,had to test the new 348 .Went real good until I shut it off then found out alt. wasn't charging ,needed a boost to get home but still had a smile on my face. Wouldn't it be nice to get a extra month of driving this year.

I cleaned up a bit in my garage today and then I sat on my deck and soaked up the sun( I'm off this week) My car is also in storage and surrounded by a mud bog! All the snow is gone here.

Met some buddies in town for lunch, then to my son's garage to see what he was working on, then back, and started to run some more wire for two more plugs in my little workshop.
