Looking for a 3 speed with overdrive for a 1934 Dodge. Any Dodge, Plymouth, Desoto or Chrysler overdrive from 34 to 38 should work. Later model column shift units will also be considered.

Also looking for 23" (head length) 230 cu-in mopar flathead crankshaft and rods from any year (42 to 59).

I'm not sure of what I have here, but I have two transmissions out of trucks. these are both floor shifts. I'll take pics tomorrow (Wednesday), and send you a PM.

Thanks for the pics Gazoo. I have a three speed floor shift now and I am looking for a three speed overdrive transmission for better highway speeds without the revs. I believe the truck 4 speeds are still 1:1 in fourth gear. I am also considering adapting a T5 transmission but I will lose the parking brake and have to change out the rear axle as well. Fun hobby.

Thanks Bryan, now I know it's a three speed trans., more then I knew before.
Good luck with your search, if I hear of something, I'll be sure to let you know.

Thanks for the offer. I have been reading about the T5 option. What did you do about your parking brake?

Still have the old rear at the moment. Thinking of an Explorer or Ranger for a replacement. Bought an adapter plate from a guy online. Followed his instructions pretty much a bolt in deal.

Nice looking installation. Did you have any clearance issues with the bell housing mounts? Also, the shifter is much further back than the original. Does it clear the seat?

Just had to take a small bit out of mounts. The T5 was out of an S10 which has the shifter further forward than a Ford. It's still right against the bench seat but its workable. I swapped the shifter for a Hurst which is a bit better. Still haven't test drove it yet. Gotta get driveshaft modified.
