Not this year, but I'm going to make it next year (hopefully), I have friends on the east coast that I want to visit. Then the plan is to cruise from the Nat's to Syracuse NY, which is the following weekend usually. If the RV is good to me, LOL, hopefully pulling the '38 pickup.
Have fun guys, I've heard a lot of good stuff about that show.
i do it every year then head back to grab my camper for syracuse
Maybe we can get together for a few in Syracuse and discuss the possibility of going to the Atl. nats, next year.
look for the beast. should be some tall good looking hairy tattooed sailor lurking around it.
Not hard to spot a Beast like that, will it be parked in the show field or in the camping area ? I'll be there with the '86 Ford RV, flying a few Canadian flags, and a few fellows from Kingston/Odessa, not sure what they'll be driving. For sure a '56 primered Poncho.
Let the tatooed sailor out after we've had a few beers, lol.
It will ride down in the trailer. Saves a whole lot of cleaning for both it and me. Looking fordward to meeting some of the guys from this forum. Drive safe.
chris and i had a blast cruising, touring and just plain hanging. funniest had to be on the cruise saturday evening my wife and i piled into the back of chris's 58, with my ballast and his piston pushers draggin plate making a racket.
Cool pics Steve. Ya, we had a blast. Scrapin around Moncton with my Brantford Piston Pushers draggin plate was a riot! Met some great people. Had my pic with Gene Winfield. Hangin with SACOTU was absolutely entertaining. Met up with Terry from Canadian Hot Rods and Wil from this forum with the T-Bird Deuce.
Sacotu had a minor electrical smoke show on the side of the 401 and my generator started to eat a bearing. Other than that, we did good with the old cars.
Planning on goin next year too. This time I really want to bring home the give-away car. That was some sweet ride.
Anyone comin? Over 2000 cars of all shapes and sizes and incredible prizes just for showing up and being there with your registered car.
Good time. Period.

Ya, not my best photo. Gene's a happy old dude though.
(Just a fyi...I lost half of my smile to a brain tumour 9 years ago so its easy to miss the real smile. Its there though! A lot of folks take my smile as a smirk, sometimes it is! keeps em guessing!
