Anyone looking for a 32 Ford pickup?

There's a 32 Ford pickup for sale in Guelph - there's no driveline, but its all original from frame to steel wire wheels and a spare on the reight front fender. The body, box and fenders all look decent but rattle can primered. No floor. Has a seat.

Guages, lights etc all there.

I dont like the price tag of $10,500 though!! Too rich for my blood. Thats about 6K more than what I figure its worth

I'll try to snap pix of it if I can

It's a shame that it will probably sit till there is not much left of it...unfortunately there is no way to get some of these people snapped back into reality.

lots of people now live in the over priced reality. They have done there home work studying the highest prices they can find on the internet. I hear it all the time (do you know how much this or that sells for on ebay?) I had a friend of my sisters yesterday tell me my old banana seat bikes sell for $500.00. I told her to bring me every one she knows as I have 20 of them and I will sell.

Pretty "straight" looking truck in Pictures??? but out to lunch on the price!!! Those days are gone, & to me so are the 'project' vehicles. Cost to "do" them now, make "BUYING a TURN KEY the way to go!!!!!!!!!!!

I think thas why rats are so popular .Fix them make them safe and have some fun within your budget. There will always be those who have the money for fancy paint and interiors or the high dollar car. They are important to the hobby because thy are always up grading and support the aftermarket industry but more important to me is there old parts become available at flea markets and Thats where I get them.To me high dollar is anything over 15grand but thank gawd there is now a very large acceptince of what used to be called unfinished cars .Guys can now work on them and still drive them and enjoy the hobby.Used to be lots of guys got fed up spending years trying to finish there rides and never enjoyed driving them so they sold them and took up something else. Yeah, it is a pretty choice piece but rediculously priced. maybe the guy doesnt wanna see it get rodded or ratted. I'd hate to see someone turn that into a rat myself. Thats such a waste of prime material IMO.

I never understood why people care what others do with the cars they purchase. With this one its not as if there aren't any more of these around and if the guy is selling it obviousely he doesn't want it anymore. When you sell you ride thats it, its gone you had your time with it and now its someone elses turn. This body style looks good restored or cut up .As long as its on the road who cares. As for the guys that say I'll sell it to you if you don't rod it,Thats BS if you buy it I think you should be able to do what you want with it.As for the price its worth what someone will give for it ,high price or low it will sell or it won't the market will decide .I saw a custom Merc on kijiji last week that the seller was asking over 200grand for if it was a serious add then thats truely an outgageous price.Who looks on kijiji for a 200thousand dollar car ,thats Barret Jackson dreaming but I haven't seen the add this week so maybe he sold it and if he did right on for him. Ed, that takes me back to the late 60's when a member of my old club in Toronto bought a Model A 5 window coupe & the seller made him "promise" too restore it!!! 5 mths late the guy dropped into the club garage to see his "A" There it sat, 327, 4spd, dualquads & Nova rear end, thought the "GEEZER" was going to have a "Stroke" Gary [passed away now] just said "Anyone can restore one, but it takes a MAN to cut one up" !!!

Amen.... I totally agree! To each his own... everyone has a different interpritation of what they like, or want to build. That's what's great about this hobby, it's whatever "you" want... and in my eyes if you're driving it down the road you get my thumbs up.
