 New drag strip here was just paved this morning,, "FASTCHEVY" may be able to post some pics, i have them in an email, but not knowing how to post them Here.

Should be a FULL race summer this comming year!!

awesome , I have friends in Quebec who drag race an cant believe ontario only has what 4 operating strips , Que has like 7 maybe ..77.

Thanks Scott, much to do there yet, and this project has had delay after delay, caused mostly by the locals complaining about having a drag strip in the the area.
Locals who have no clue what this is all about, it is being built close to N. Bay in an area the certainly can use some influx of money as it is a somewhat depressed area.

Notice the helicopter in one of the pics? At first i thought it was the OPP Crop spotting copter as they have been very active the past week raiding peoples crops, just this afternoon they raided my new neighbour about a mile from me. Lol

Where is this new strip exactly? I grew up in the 'Bay and I'd sure like to see some of the action when I'm up there again.

Just East of N. Bay outside of Bonfield.

If you Google "King of the North Drag Way " their site will come up.

It has been IHRA certified now.
