Por 15 is a good product, but has limitations. It is a moisture cured epoxy, meaning it uses humidity as it's catalyst. it works great over rust, but will peel if applied over untreated bare (new) metal. If any bare metal is present, I coat with a self etching primer first.
I've never used the other 2 you mentioned, but they may just be plain enamel rust paint like Tremclad.

I have been searching the Internet for a rust paint and have come up with three products - Por 15, KBS Coatings and Rust Bullet. Does anybody have any experience using any one of these products? I want to paint some frame pieces as well as the floor and trunk area. Any special procedure in using these products? Are they all priced about the same and are they available in Ontario? Are they safe to use as far as breathing? Do you recommend using a breathing mask if using a brush to apply?
I have used Por15. Bought it online from some company in Quebec. Went on well with a brush. It goes on thick, leaving heavy brushmarks. No real fumes to worry about.
I love the por 15. I have used it extensively on rusty parts and they look good after. Just be careful cause the stuff is self leveling and if you get it on your hands it is a bitch to get off. Otherwise great stuff.

por 15 is pricey, rust bullet is the same stuff just cheaper. never heard of the other stuff you mentioned. i am told you can hit the por 15 with a hammer and not chip it, suposedley. i have some friends who swear by it. i might do the rat truck frame with it.
Steven's auto Electric in Winona on old Highway 8. it is between Grimsby and Stoney Creek. They are a POR 15 dealer and i swear by that stuff. Painted the inner fenders on my winter beater, 70 C10 pick up, after 110,000 miles the stuff was still shiny as glass and the no rust or chips.
There is a comparable product called DOM16. Canadian company and I believe its an equivalent product to POR15. I just picked some up at about half the price as POR15. I got it at a local automotive paint supplier - will be using it this week, will try to remember to post my findings.
I've also been advised (about POR15) to not get the product on your skin as it will not wash off and you will be wearing it on your skin for more than a week. I've also been told that if you are closing a partially used can, wipe out the sealing channel around the perimeter, as you will need to destroy the lid the next time you have to open it, because it dries rock hard.

There's another product called "Chassis Saver" the stuff goes over rust and is as hard as a rock when it dries. I brushed some on a chassis but wished afterward that I had thinned and sprayed it(just my preference) wear gloves unless you really like dirty black hands for a month. You don't need a respirator when you brush but I would wear one anyway. After an hour or so when it starts flashing off-things get a little funky
