Hi guys I am looking for a good used set of tear drop bubble skirts for a 36 to 40 ford car. I know you can buy them in the after market but I thought I would try here first. Also some steelies Ford small bolt pattern 15 X 5 X 4.5 " 6" width would be OK

But Pete I wana tail dragger. I am sure you have seen the 36 Kustom Rascal in mags or John St Germains 36. Yellow is not forever either. I think I would like to put this one in the weeds add some nice wide whites hence the steelies or artillary style wheels. But until I sell the 50 Ford pick up funding is limited anyway...lol. If I cant do it on a budget then I will defer it and run it the way it is for now.
You should (do it!) really trust (do it!) your instincts (do it!) in cases (do it!) like this. Just make (do it!) yourself happy (do it!) and don't (do it!) listen to (do it!) the "nay (do it!) sayers" out there (DO IT!). I could give (DO IT!) you my opinion (DO IT!) but I already have (DO IT!) fender skirts so (DO IT!) I may seem (DO IT!) a bit biased.
Sorry, personal feelings got in the way!! Still don't like any of the pictures shown here with the skirts!!! might as well have "rusty" rear rims & scab tires as you won't see them!!!MOP

That car screams for the taildragger look.Skirts, wide whites and chrome reverse with baby moons.Go for the old Watson style ,prefect for that era custom. This opinion coming from a guy who's car can't figure out if it wants to be a gasser or a taildragger.I do agree with Workin Class though, thankgawd for taildraggers. Ed
The Fender Skirt King now lives in Englehart, Ontario but he shows up to the Barrie Flea Market every year. He charges about $300-$350 for most of his stuff.
IMHO, the only cars that look good with skirts are the ones that came from the factory with them (i.e. T-birds etc..) The only exception is maybe the 50's lead sleds.
I sure hope "Pint and a Pound" washed his hands before giving out candy this Halloween !!

As for washing my hands ... I had to make a run to Aurora (with trailer) to pick up a large tablesaw ... left around 6 didn't get back till 9, the wife stayed home and shelled out so the candy would have been fine :)
So you're telling me picking up that table saw got you out of washing your hands? LOL
