Don't know how many of those were turned into stock cars & run at flamborough when i raced there in late 60's!! By look of roof this might have been one of them.

It's amazing the stuff that lands in Ken's yard.. last year a Studebaker got hauled in,,a bit of gas and a battery and it was driven out of the yard...i got shocks for an old motorcycle there last summer..
Check the door knob on the doors. If that front end is original, with hyd brakes, it is a '39. First year for hyd brakes for Ford. Ford was the last company to go to hyd.

Glad somebody else bought it!!! Looking at frt. end pic. the right side frame rail is "bent up" & higher than left side. Wonder if this was a "MOVIE car?? with the taxi trim on it!!! Hope new owner does something with it, but I see a MONEY PIT!!!!!

I just saw this car recently on kijiji and tried to contact the owner. He was not interested in selling anything from it, I tried to but the front frame rails. The car is a 37 ford. I have a complete forty front axle with springs, brakes etc that i would be willing to part with. I am looking for front frame rails, the first five feet or so, for my project. Email me privately if interested
