About the corrective steering.....The chute pulled him back straight....Could have been a lot worse though.....lucky

Agreed Harry,, but i'm still impressed with the quick reflexes, but then when your suddenly in shock the adrenalin rush takes over.
This all happens in what 5 seconds?
Interesting to know the cause ,of the explosion.

Thankfully the guy wasn't hurt.

INSTANT CONVERTABLE!! Looked like a Blower explosion??? Think there was a lot of luck + some good reactions. With only one wheel on the ground at times, thats where the LUCK came in!!!!

If you watch the part of the video where the car is in slow motion and coming towards the camera, watch the fire from the pipes and the butterflys in the injector ... he clearly had some engine issues (possibly ignition) yet refused to back off the throttle. End result ... instant roadster  biggrin hmm no
