It's a 2 piece intake. Just unbolt the top and turn it 180 degrees.

edit; Never mind ! I had a closer look !! Looks like someone butchered the end. I bet they modified it to clear an HEI, then figured out they screwed up because the top half was on backwards.

It's ok if you're running an HEI I guess.

Top Plenium is on backwards!!! Angle all wrong unless he he had the engine on the wrong angle too

Wow, I totally missed that. I was looking at the dist hole first and couldn't see anything wrong. I reread you post and then went back for another look and spotted the massive machined-out area and just assumed it was cut for an HEI ... I did not even see the top being on backwards.

In my defense I am a door-to-door travelling breast examination specialist ... I'm really only used to using my hands to "see"...

the guy emailed me he knows its messed up although he didnt say if he did it or it came that way.  i suppose it could be fixed but it would be hacked up

re cutting the flange wont solve it, look at it, its set up for a quadrajet spread bore, large butterflys at the rear so the carb would be on backwards
