As Carl suggested, figure out whos rules you want to be teched under (NHRA/IHRA) then contact them directly and find out where to get the actual tech done. I do know that many years ago the Chassis Shop in Pickering was the site of a one-day tech fest.
Just to be clear, getting "teched" at the track and getting a true "chassis certification" are two different things. The "tech" at the track is to make sure your car is safe and has all it's wheel studs, seat belts, your helmet is up-to-date, etc ... a chassis tech (required when the car runs faster than a set time) is when they take a look at the actual chassis design and sonic test the tubing to determine its thickness then you get your sticker (if you pass).
I would suggest getting ahold of an NHRA rulebook so you can get an idea what exactly is required to pass tech with them.
If your chassis was passed tech in 05, unless they have changed some rules you are probably going to pass without issues.

You dont like it?? Tough S$#t.... I didnt spend my money to make you happy....
you're probably better off with an NHRA cert. IHRA accepts their licences but not vice versa. NHRA is a little stiffer and sets the standard You can have an inspector come right to your shop for a price.
If not,try Dave McVicar in Kitchner. He does Chassis Cert for the area.Bring your car to the strip in the spring. Either drag strip will have a Chassis Cert Day.
