Looking for a Dakota frame, or S10 frame....

I am looking for a cheap dakota or S10 frame for my 57' Dodge pickup.

Either one, as long as its a 2wd frame from a standard cab/shortbox truck.

I have already spoken to him - its an extended cab frame. Its too long for my truck.

Dakota frame is similar. C channel in the middle so sectioning it is easy. And you get rack and pinion steering.

RacerRick - are you still looking for a Dakota frame? I might have a lead on one (I think its extended cab though?) but if you're willing to shorten it... its a southern rust free '98 Dakota, frame is mint.

Still looking for a frame, but it has to be the standard cab short box S10 (108"wheelbase), or a standard cab, shortbox 87-91 Dakota (111" wheelbase).

I had a chance to look at the Dakota frame, and its pretty narrow between the rails at the front suspension, so I would prefer an S10.

This might not be a bad deal once you sell off any decent parts and scrapping the junk
