I'll assume its from a boat because of the compass in the center and it mounts on a straight, keyed shaft but I'm sure it can be modified to fit another application.

It's got a few scuffs and scratches to add a bit of character, patina, extra value $$$ ....

I paid $1.00 for it so I'll ask that whomever can use this makes a donation to your local food bank, church collection plate or charity and it's yours! I would only ask that it does not get put on Kijiji for $100 next week.
