Got a Ph. call on the car {thats one that can read] Liked the pictures & just sold one of his 4 "project" cars!!! Sounded like a good guy, no B/S & didn't want to come out if he didn't have the $$$ Will call me back to see if it's still available!! Was long distance call if that means anything?? Didn't try & trade off something I didn't want or need. Pete

Thought I'd let you folks know the car is still for sale or trade!!  Joe's friend liked the car, went over it top & bottom, even with a protected "magnet" & found "no bondo" but after 'thinking about it" for 2 days decided not to buy it?? Think he still wants a 64 Chevy S/S but the prices are too high & said so far in searching, they all had BONDO!!  maybe I should put "BOW TIE" emblems on the Poncho??? Seems easy to sell a Bow tie but harder to sell a Pontiac that has more "pisazz" than a Chevy???

Thats a dam nice car for what your asking for it,and you are right, harder to sell a Poncho unless its a GTO. The Pontiacs always had nicer guts and they just more scarce.
I also think the Pontiac motors scare some guys also ,again lack of knowledge. A Chevy motor is so easy to build with regards to parts availability and the prices are half of what it takes to do a proper Poncho motor.
If i had the room........... have a nice Poncho stroker that would fit.
Hope you get it sold and on to the next project.
