That's a sweet looking Chevelle and beautiful work under the hood. No doubt way too much power for the rubber.
is that a crack in the rear glass or a crease in the tint?

mm - you can hook up that much hp and tq - its not any different than the 10.5 drag radial cars do

its called a throttle delay or throttle stop - so no matter how hard you hit the throttle it will only actually open at a predetermined rate - preventing full on hp to kick in till your goin fast enough for the tires to hook

not as much fun - but if you are trying to go fast on small tires it is the only way

me - I want the tire smoke at any speed

having said that - if you have ever driven a car/truck with enough hp to light the tires at 50-60 mph - you only do it once or twice - cuz when the car starts comes around it is VERY hard to save at that speed, and letting off the throttle is as bad as hitting it, as the tires lock up for a fraction of a second in deceleration, and can send you sideways too

:) still grinnin all these years after those experiences though... and yup - will do it again with the new gasser

its the front frame for the back window rolled up. jeez you had me looking, lol  thanks for the comps.

i can relate to seeker's comment on breaking loose at 50-60. its a rush and nerve racking at the same time. lol

Have seen many of his videos and they seem impressive has any one ever seen one of his engines go down a drag strip??? If i had 1400 ponies i would be looking for a time slip. Just thinking out loud
