I love COE's, especially Fords. To be truthful, this might be the first Chev COE I've seen.
I'd take this one, lengthen the frame and turn it into a car hauler and lose the UPS paint scheme and the ugly mad max bumper. Looks like it might have been a wrecker once

Similar to the the one on "Counting cars" Tv show?? Theirs is stretched & a car hauler, ramp truck.

Think it would be "cheaper" just to set the cab on a late model truck chassis!! That org. rear end [even if a D/P 2spd]^ 6cyl. would just kill it on the hwy!!! A 'totalled or worn out" tilt & load" Tow truck would be perfect!!
