 As requested, here are some of my money pits....

First is the 1978 Mercury Monarch, that my Grandfather bought new. Currently with 71000 km on it, she is like driving a time capsule.

Always adding whatever NOS pieces I can find. There arent many, but they are affordable.

Next is my 1970 Boss 302, numbers matching, very original, not restored 63000mile.

This is a blast to drive, and a ton of fun. Again always adding NOS parts, but these do cost a bit.

Lastly, this is my 1948 F-47 (in the US it would be an F-1). This is what it looked like in Alberta, before I bought it.

and this is basically what it looks like now, basically......

sandblasted frame, painted, new springs, steering, king pins, all brakes and lines, shocks, rebuilt diff, etc, etc

Sheet metal work is currently under way. I have done the floor, but a tiny bit more cab work is needed.

I found some pics. of past cars I've owned 7 1 of my dad's cars from the 60's I will likely come up with more as I go thru boxes here. My 38 Chevy, 70 Pontiac catalina rag top & 56 Nomad wagon, then my 65 Valiant 273 Hi Po 4 gear,& Dad's 63 Starfire Coupe, That Olds was Fast & beat quite a few cars in the east end of Toronto on the Sat. street dragsPicture 126.jpgPicture 127.jpg
