350 Chev short blocks

I have 2 to choose from both are 3970010 castings,4 bolt mains,1 has a steel crank,1182,block ser. # V0610XI,the other cast crank 3832442,block ser # V0623XI,asking $175 and $125,both need rebuilt

Looks like these engines are 1969 vintage and are from a C-50 Big truck.Should not have any emission crap on them at all except PCV valve?
