this seems like a lot of money for not alot of truck....??

im looking to build a rat rod pickup, would this be a good start?  or no?

Looks like about $2000- $2500 to me, but no mention of an ownership or title will bring it down by another $400 -$500. I'd keep looking. Old '40's 2 ton farm trucks come along quite often and can be had most times for around $1000 or less.
