Where to buy parts

I'm getting ready to buy a few things for the 39 chevy master 85 I bought.

I'm wondering where people get their parts from. States or local?

What I need so far:

Gas tank, sending unit, straps, left front wheel cylinder, king pins and bushings

I'm thinking I could likely get a wheel cylinder at Napa.

I have not spent much time on the car, have just been tinkering with little things seeing what I can fix without replacing.

Although more known for Ford parts, try Special Interest Cars in Oakville. They carry a ton of GM stuff from days gone by.

I purchased king pin kits for my 40 chev thru NAPA. You just have to get the right counter person to do a bit of catolog diggin. They do carry them.

Partsource still gets me everything mechanical I need for my 55 and the 66Suburban.Like Molten said all you need is a good counter person. Ed
