Amazing what you can find out there. Would have been nice to see more pics of what was left in the field. Also, that Cameo may have 1 mile on it, but it needs body work. Check out the roof right above the windshield.

That Corvette was displayed for quite a while inside the dealership covered in 40 year old dirt. It was a big event when they brought it out to finally wash it for the first time.
The Vanderbrink auctions are great,,they are always coming up with these huge collections....you can bid online kids! Odd how the corvette was on display for so long however I was at a dealership in Dearborn Mi back in '69 that had a black and white '57 Belair still on the turntable out in the showroom.
What ever happened to all those cars that the guy from this site bought awhile ago.I think he had a warehouse full, most looked in decent shape.Did he sell them all,is he holding on to them till the price goes up.I remember it being quite the find and causing a lot of interest. Ed

Sadly Mr. Deepockets will be buying those low mileage autos and his kinfolk will be pedalling them off years from now without anyone ever enjoying them,,lighting up the tires and cruising..Myself I would have no problem driving the wheels off a 50 year old car with only 10 miles on it..I live in the midst of a 80 year old car that was restored and parked in '67,,same owner since '63,,,GAWD!!!
