The closest place to you is Grisdale's in Dundas, Ont. They supply all the Stock Car guys in the area.

I got some from them too. Remember, you get what you pay for, and Aurora is the best. IMO

I can't see how, because the shipping alone will out weigh the savings. I used to through many 5/8 Cromoly QA1 rod ends, and by far the cheapest way of getting them was through Grisdale because they don't rape you on shipping.

I delt with Thatcher at Grisdale's and was amazed with service and cheap shipping for my 3 master's on my truck. Would recommend them to anyone!

I didn't think Fatstax would come through, so i did his dirty work !!
I searched for a QA1 XML10 5/8 X5/8 rod end, and here's my results;

Ebay: They claim free shipping, but that item is selling for $49.26

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/QA1-XML10-Rod-End-X-Endura-Alloy-HT-M-L-5-8-5-8-/350812833703?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item51ae1307a7&vxp=mtr&_uhb=1

Summit racing; $21.97 US plus expensive shipping and brokerage

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/hal-xml10

Jegs; $25.99 US plus expensive shipping and brokerage

http://www.jegs.com/i/QA1/122/XML10-12/10002/-1

GRISDALE; $ 20.95 CND plus around $6.00 for shipping

Do I need to go on ?? Do your homework Fatstax !! If I post something here to help someone out it's because I'm 99% sure that I'm giving out correct information. If there's a chance I could be wrong, I wont post.

No need to back-pedal Fatstax !! A simple " You were right Hemi, and I was wrong" would suffice !!

Hey Mike; Yeah, those are pretty cheap !! I wonder what the quality is like. I used to go through quite a few of these because of harsh conditions and finally had to re design the suspension so I could eliminate rod ends.

My comparison above was for the same brand and model number to prove that it's not "WAY CHEAPER" to get them from E-bay.

I am nuts !! But that's irrelevant !!biggrin

You told me that they were $20 plus $12 shipping, which puts them at $32 and you MAY be charged duties and brokerage.

I told you that I could get that IDENTICAL joint from Grisdale for $21 plus $6 for shipping plus 13% tax which puts them at $30.50 !!

That POS heim joint for $5.88 is not even close to being the same part, let alone the same quality.

Geez !! You did grade 8 three times !! Even you should know that $30.50 is less than $32.00 biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

thats one price from one supplier on ebay.  i compare alot of different auctions. i bought 1/2 by 1/2 joints for around 12 dollars each.  i couldnt find them anywhere else i looked for any less than 40 dollars each. ive never checked out tmr or grisdales before.  im sure they are priced well but as far as average sucker play retail goes you wont find any deals.  just to make you happy hemi i also dug around for that exact part number you listed and i found this on my first try.

Also, if the cheap shipping involves UPS, expect to pay a pile more for their brokerage, etc.
