no springs , complete minus 1 drum , although would need new drums, spring kit,cylinders,, but you would replace those anyway . Chris is right , if you have a future gasser project , seriously consider this ,

Just a little info about the Econoline axles. There is 2 different king pins sets used.

1961-1963 had a king pin length of 6.22" long.

King Pin & Bushing Kit - 6.22 - E100
Year: 1961-1963
Part #: C1UZ-3111-C
$77.95

1964-1967 had a king pin length of 4.91".

King Pin & Bushing Kit - 4.91 - E100
Year: 1964-1967
Part #: C4UZ-3111-B
$65.95
