WOW, thats a lot of vehicles . Talked to a few people at the Uxbridge Cruise last night [300 cars there]who were planing on going to Brighton, don't know if they were registered or not? Could be some disapointed people, who make the drive!!

Ed, I dont "think" anyone believes he is here to buy lots of cars. Just going to be a large show with lots more spectators that the special guest will draw. Will be nice to have a larger show east of the GTA.
You would like it as well, as there will be lots to do and see. More of a fair "theme"

Armdrop is the same day and I have been looking forward to that so I guess I will stay with that.I hope Brighton is ready for 600 cars, the Count and all those spectators .Should be quite the party. Ed
That's too bad!! I've gone to Brighton for the past 4 years and really enjoyed it because of it's small town feel. Just my opinion, but bringing in celebrities to such an excellent show may bring in more people, but it will ruin the whole event by getting rid of it's charm.
I really don't understand the logic of show promoters. They bring in The Kount Kustoms guy to a small event in Brighton, but yet a large show like the one at the Internation Center in March (Megaspeed), they bring in Mike Holmes which has zero influence on the car hobby.

i remember seeing mike holmes at the megaspeed show. i can understand some women lining up for his autograph but the lineup for autographs at his booth was mostly men (and it was quite a long line to). whats up with that?

If you can drive to Brighton, why not drive to Picton for the armdrop drag races up at the heights air base. Lots of great cars and if you want to run what you brung, go ahead. Sept. 28 There is always room for one more.
