I have a 38 chevy pickem up and have seen some who use bomber seats after a top chop in these trucks.

Is there enough leg room to comfortably operate the pedals for someone whose 6'1"?

Unless you are channeling it, the seating shouldn't change.

Its gunna be tight. I have a 35 ford pick-up cab chopped and channeled. I am just shy of 6'1" not sure if your Chev has less or more room, but is probably close. I still drive my rod all over the place. Get the seats as low as possible.

I have bomber seats in my 31 roaster. I am 5' 10 and don't have a problem. If I was going to do it again I would fab a seat pan and resess the floor so I could angle them back. You would gain leg room and sit lower for a better line of vision. Like I said mine are fine but I can see where anyone over 6' may be an issue.

I had a 32 ford GLASS pickup in the shop

It had a 3 inch chop. Im 5 9 about 210 and hati drive with my left foot on tge gas and right foot in tge passenger area

If your cramped after the chop an easy fix would be to cut the fierwall and move it out for leg room

Im building a 31 chev coupe right now thats 36 " high to the roof and a 6 ft guy could easily fit in it

Anyting is possible with a plasma cutter!
