My Dream "Tow Rig"

After doing some research for the Lottery post, I needed a Tow Rig as one of my ten vehicles. I settled for this one:

pics-med-1596-315273-ford-f-650-at-sema-show-2007_detail.jpg

It's an F-650 with an Excursion body added. I like it because it's black, menacing and plenty tough enough to haul what ever, when ever across the Continent and will do it with much comfort and style. I don't see it ever reaching my driveway, but hey, you gotta have a few dreams right?

Your licence plate should read "overkill"

You're right! I'd like that plate - likely taken though. Maybe a good pinstriper could spread a little 'one shot' across the tailgate!!!

That would make a cool tow wagon alright ........ but no good for dragging a car into our salt pan it is way too low, you need clearence to get through some of the wash out, oh I guess you could take the side panels and front bumper of

to each their own i guess. i could own microsoft (meaning have big $$$$) and i still wouldnt want that thing. "too gaudy" comes to mind.

ive seen a couple of those trucks around (not 'blinged out' or overdone like that one) and i just dont get it. as stated 'to each their own' though ....... we cant all have the same opinions.

"Bubba with no sleeves, shotgun fishing fish in a barrel" comes to mind.

Ultimate truck stupidity IMO

that one would not be so hard to build - and I love it enough to think about it for next year

however I would do a 4dr so my grandkids and such could come along

Nice truck! I'm guessing you've got a trailer to pull, it should work great.

See, now THIS is a truck....this is what I am talking about. NO stacks, no appearances like it drove straight through Pep Boys with a magnet...No Bubba BS...just a good looking truck that looks like a truck should. I think the only accessory I'd put on this (if it was mine) is a set of running boards. Love the colour too
