http://www.streetrodding.com/streetRods.view/25973  ....geez this is nice , and different . Price seems decent considering all the work . Don't think you'd be seeing many of these at a cruise .

Nice looking truck! I was reading the story on it, until I noticed he stuffed a Chev in it, then I stopped reading. Should be Pontiac powered IMO .

Truck ??? biggrin

Well they put Chevy's in most of the old Fords so I know the feeling . Don't see a '48 Pontiac very often .

We'll, it IS a truck !! At least it was GM powered. I've never seen a Pontiac panel truck, and didn't even know there was such an animal. Rare for sure !!

I could see myself building one of those, or a big station wagon like that 60 Oldsmobile they had at Stirling  !!

Dodge had some really cool panels there was one called a humpback in the late 30s, one of the Kawartha guys had one all dunn up and there were some cool 50s Mopar panels.Any longroof with no side windows is cool as far as I am concerned. One of those50s dodge panels at the garage between Cobourg and Port Hope and one of the pinstripers on this site has one of those Ford panels up in Gores Landing.
