Beaver Springs is one of the great old drag strips. We go down for a couple of events each year. Very similar in style to Thompson. Both highly recommended, especially the gassers. Beaver also has some great 60's muscle car events. If you are a NASCAR guy, click on the lower right corner NASCAR reunion. Saw this about 10 years ago on Speed and these guys telling their stories about the early days of NASCAR says it all.
