No, that's the way they drive in that quarter of the world. We bitch over here about fast lane/slow lane/women drivers, but in reality, 99% of westerners dont have the stones to drive in many parts of Europe or Asia. No traffic lights, just horns. Few written rules, and surprisingly....few accidents. They know how to drive over there contrary to some views
BTW: Women driver comment was not a wise crack. My wife is an outstanding driver. She puts most of the people I know to shame.
Then again...I taught her :)
