My friend just bought an aluminum pumpkin for his race car. I could probably get the yoke off his old unit if you don't find one close to you.

Thanks for the post Hemi! Ya no pressure, I'll just drop everything and go look for a large spline yoke.wink

I'll pull a couple off, and see what I have.

Patience my friend...All right, I have nothing better to do right now, so...I'm off to the stash.

Dan, if you're looking for a 10 spline, I don't have one in a large yoke (7290).
I do have a 10 spline, in the small yoke (7260), go figure.hmm
The small yoke/large spline was on a "741" case, and large yoke fine spline on a "489" case.confuse

Buuuut the "7290" yoke does come in three different spline configurations, 10 spline, 27 spline and 29 spline.

Hope this is informative/helpful.

PM sent.

I went through all my stuff too and found 6 yokes, but all are 7260 (small)

I ended up finding a pumpkin with 3:91 gears that I didn't even know I had, but no yoke. I'll put a 7260 yoke on it and try it the car, and I'll use a u-joint with 7290 on one side and 7260 on the other. It's just for testing, so it will be temporary.
