Traveling today and I came across this beauty so I got out and found a sbc with a cast iron power glide behind it and the body is mounted on a mid 60's chev pick up frame but it was the pistons that got my attention,you can tell it's an early block by the tall dist hole boss and the holes for the ends of the intake gasket it also has a small balancer maybe there is a chevy guy that could decode the numbers then again it might be nothing more than an old engine someone threw some performance parts in it
Well I'll be a monkey's uncle! of course it's a BB thanks grumps! so the old p/glide is for that engine? I had a 66 impala 396 but it had a t400. No Fatstax I left it there somewhere along route 66 in texas
