200 4r what's a good price!

I have a 200 4r i bought with a bunch of parts. It has about a 1000 Km on it I disassemble it cleaned and flushed it. It has good clutch's and bushings. New seals also a B&M shift kit, the 4th gear clutch pack has 3 clutch's in stead of the factory two and the pump has the oil return drilled out to 1/4 inch. the froward carrier has had it's oil port drilled out to 1/8. No torque converter or dip stick. So what's a fair asking price?

$300. .?.??.. ALTHOUGH I spent about $1200 on my 700 r I wouldn't spend more than 300 for a used tranny.

i paid in the 2500.00 area for the one in my chevelle from california transmission, art carr, with converter dialed for the 572. if that helps.
