Here is an old chrome pulley that I had a brainstorm idea with.  

I didnt like the look of chrome with the aluminum valve covers so I decided to take a red scotch brite pad to it, then clear coat with satin clear. Now I finally have a use for all the old chrome laying around. 

Let me know what you think.

Or if its not chrome...you can get that Plasticoat "Chrome" paint......it looks more like aluminum than chrome

         That looks great! There good for more than dishes them Scotch Brite pads.
