53 to 56 Dodge 5 ton truck engine

I am looking for a 53 to 56 Dodge  5 ton truck engine. The one I desire is a BIG six cylinder and will have two large single barrel carbs on it however it was also built with one carb, sometimes in the large engine size and sometimes a smaller size. I am not restoring anything. I am thinking Rat Rod or should I say RAT ROD!!!!!!!

i only ever saw one of those Don, many years ago, maybe around 1957-58.
Wondering what cubic inch were they? (and yes it was in a single axle hi way tractor.)
