I'm reluctantly putting up for sale my 63 F100 unibody shortbox

I have no where to store it this winter and no time to build it right now

I just took it in and had it media blasted outside ,inside and underneath and than put into epoxy primer at a cost of $600

The only parts I know I don't have is the windshield and seat frame

I have about $4000 into the project but know at this stage I won't recover my money, open to offers

these are rare trucks, especially in a short box

Only built these trucks from 61 to early 63

I gave the original driveline away a couple years ago but have available a 1968 429 with a C6

I have an extra set of regular F100 doors that come with the truck ( bought for the glass ), unibody door shells are different.

This was a Georgia truck and very solid but does need some metal work, no surprises though as there is only the epoxy on the truck and all it's sins are clearly visible

I had originally planned something like this, this is not the truck.

Then I found this picture of the only factory sponsored drag truck and was going to build it this way

Here is what it looks like

This is before the blasting and epoxy, I will post a current picture later

Open to serious offers

Man, I like those SWB UNIs. The body looks great!

Were the floors redone? I think it's supposed to have a recessed step, no?

Regardless, If I had this one I wouldn't waste time and effort on the '64 Flareside I just dragged home!

The body is very good but does have some holes

the floors have not been redone but need some work at the front near the firewall above the front body mounts

I have new front body mounts for it as well

it does have the recessed step, the previous owner boxed one side in, he wanted to put a bigger bench in it.

My plans were for buckets and a Falcon centre console

The extra set of doors I have will fit the truck you just dragged home, so buy my truck too :)

The tailgate is in great shape and they're hard to find for this truck and I have new stainless hinges for it too

I believe I have the zippered door pockets for it too

I can deliver the truck within reason and depending on offer

Well I wouldn't keep the '64 if I had this one, so it's just a 'one for one' thing - one more to sell though. This is too hard!!!!

I should mention I'm not sure how good the bumpers were, there buried on a shelf in the garage. I was going to buy new chrome ones as they're really cheap at LMC truck, I think they were less than $150 each.

Bumping this back up, someone must need a winter project
I have the frame and it's still a roller with all the suspension and steering
I found the windshield too

Been getting a few questions about what's missing
I have the entire truck , the only thing I know for sure that's missing is the seat frame
I though I was missing the windshield but found it on a shelf in the garage
I saw 1 of the bumpers on a rack behind the garage but pretty sure I have both
When I got the truck it had a 292 and a 3 speed stick, I gave them to a friend.
So if you want to use the 429 I have ,you will have to do some modifications but I have the engine mounts from the 68 T-bird that the 429 came from, also the trans is still bolted to it so all the linkages etc are all still there

I've had quite a bit of interest in the truck ,but a neighbour has offered me heated storage for a couple of cars ,so I'm bumping this for the last time
Bottom line is $3000 for the truck and all the parts.
$3500 if you want the '68 429 and C6 with it, I'm not interested in selling the 429 by itself , it's only available if you buy the truck.
I have the entire truck minus the bench seat frame
