who out there can hook me up with people going to this show next year as  I wish to take my merc but haven't a clue about how.

I want to do the downstairs show.

It would be truly great if I could meet up and convoy along with people already going so I do not get lost or stressed out and to have someone to or several someone's to hang out with for the weekend.

Hotels etc would be good too.

Any contact info would also be great for entering. I did look up the entry stuff on the website, but not too sure which application is the right one, and does one send a cheque or does it have to be certified?

Anyone out there willing to take this newby on ?

thanks

Ken

I can't speak for them but I believe Fast Elvis and the ELTA guys were there last year with their cars entered. I would check with them.

Can you get in touch with the show producer?
It used to be ISCA. Promotions Inc. in Pontiac MI.
Bob Larivee Jr. may be the one.

Hello seeker1056........great to see that fine truck brother....and yes the ELTA will be there again as always with I believe over 10 rides. Wayne (Rochie) is our point man on all the sign up and hotel booking and I know he'll be jumping in here shortly or sending you a PM. If you need to touch base 519-317-0283 is my cel brother...Detroit is always a great time...just too much fun with some of the best guys.

We always go down Thur morning for set up...we have everything  for the display and Dennis Scott the main man for the basement has always made arrangement with Wayne to give the ELTA extra space again for this year as in the past years.

Hey brother....not too worry .....the ELTA has a great relationship with the Detroit Autorama and they certainly over all these year have treated us very well. I know for a fact we have 3 or 4 brothers banging on non finished cars and Dennis Scott the main man in Detroit knows the type of quality rides we show up with each year plus the ELTA usually has one of the largest displays each year......not too bad for a small group of Canucks at the largest US Show....lol.

Well - the entry application hit the mail today!
Wayne you should have it by weeks end.
I am totally stoked to be fulfilling a life long dream, and to be making some new friends in ELTA along the way!

Hey Chris.....Ken will be in good hands and any good friend of yours is a good friend of the ELTA brothers. Just having the chance to chat with Ken the other night , one quickly knew that he's a very genuine person with a ton of experience...I already know Ken's going to fit in real well with all the brothers. Too bad you can't make it down to Detroit Chris..... it be great having you there also......maybe next year??

Fellas, you're gonna have a blast as usual. Wish ther weren't so many darned shows all within days of each other while I am still riding the coat tails of my busy season.. I have committed to some very great friends to pinstripe at Cleveland,if there were any way I could be in The Big D,I certainly would.. Would love to see Ken get raked over the coals the first time out,lol... It's okay too Ken, most of the hair will grow back eventually"......
