Looking for my old roadrunner
Permalink

First of all thanks for letting me join your forum. I've been nosing around one here for awhile and finally decided to join. I'm trying to find a car that my father had. It was a 70 roadrunner in plum crazy purple with white interior. Air grabber hood 383 and a 4 speed Pistol grip with buckets. It was sold to a fella in northbay around 94-95. I'm just curious if anyone has seen one or can remember one matching this description.

I am in the process of trying to find the vin. Which is proving rather difficult. My parents own a couple company's so there is a huge amount of paperwork stored at the office. I'm hoping that somewhere there is an old insurance slip or something with the vin on it. I do have a set of keys for it that dad forgot to give the guy lol.

I am almost positive if you go to the MTO for $12 they can do a vehicle ownership search and list all vehicles owned. But that owner has to go himself. I don't think you can. Your dad has too....once you have the VIN then do a search at the MTO. good luck

I think to do the final UCPkg. you have to produce the ownership in 'your name" or privacy issues "pop' up!!! May be wrong, if so 1st. time 'this" year!!!!

Well the kitchener lead was incorrect. The car was seen down there at moparfest. I then contacted the original owner my father purchased the car from and his cousin happened to know where it was. He have me a name which on 411 I got his number. I've spoke with his wife and he's going to call me when he gets home tonight. Apparently the car is in fantastic condition and is rarely driven. I can't wait to hopefully see it.
