K, Thanks.  Bought some stuff from china tire,  absolute garbage.  Rubber sanding block broke the on the first strip of sandpaper.  At least it was cheap

BOUGHT MY DURABLOCK sanding blocks at D&W,,,awesome guys and great blocks...known the owner for many years

Make em. Interlocking foam exercise mats from CTC or Walmart, cut to size and glue together. Need it stiffer, add fiberboard in between. Need'em for contours, shape on a belt sander.
