Never had a Flattie , unfortunately , and wish I did with all the history on modifying them over the years . Maybe I still have time !

Thank you Jarvis, I really enjoyed your post on flatties.
My first modified flathead was in my 1950 ford in 1957
I had an Enfield race cam, 4 97 stombergs on a log manifold and homemade "headers"
It held its own with 265 chevs on the street but power pack 283's would whip me bad.
